Findings
x ray: Bilateral lower lobes nodular opacities. CT: There are confluent bilateral lower lobar peribronchovascular consolidations, with ill-defined centrilobular nodularity and tree in bud. Similar changes are seen in the right upper and right middle lobes. A single peribronchovascular tiny nodular-like opacities seen in the left upper lobe. No cavitations, discrete nodules or masses are present.
